How much exercise equipment do you have? And do you use it?
I was watching a shopping channel and it got me thinking. People buy machines, CDs, books, DVDs, gadgets…but do they really use them? I have an exercise bike…that I seldom use. I prefer to get out in the fresh air and go for a walk. The CDs and DVDs are fun for a while but they soon get old.
