Super Results
Has anyone ever tried the Super Kegel(blue device) and what were your results?
Sometimes I have little drops of pee, I wear panty liners. I want to see if strengthening my pc muscle will help with my light incontinence. Does the Super Kegel device work?
For a short answer yes they do… BUT..!!
If you don’t have the money just simply by contracting the muscles that you would to stop yourself from peeing will do the same thing for you.
I would recommend getting a set of vaginal balls instead of “kegel” only ones, They are a bit of work to use and for the 2 female friends of mine that have used them, hatted them! The vaginal balls on the other hand are inserted into the vagina, and no one knows that they are there, once you have gotten used to them you can insert them and go about your day to day things with them inside of you, now the thing is it is a work out all day long where as the kegel exercisers you can only use for a short amount of time in the privacy of your own home.
Both of my female friends have switched to them and where wanting the same thing as you, that was 3 years ago and from what I have been told by their husbands they do work for more then just helping with incontinence…so !!
