how accurate are the heart rate monitors on the handle bars of exercise machines?
e.g on the handles of exercise bikes and treadmills. Is it really very accurate to measure your heart rate through your hands?
well it kinda depends on which machine you are using, because if the exercise machine is more modern than it is most likely to be more accurate.
look up the machine on line, and some people can comment on how they liked the machine, and the accuracy of measuring your heart rate.
i have a tread mill and it works really good, and i should probably use it more often because soccer is coming up soon!
